It’s league 2 action again this weekend as Morecambe hit the road again.
Morecambe are looking to retain a 100% start to the league season when we head to Prenton Park to face Tranmere Rovers on Saturday afternoon.
Tranmere’s player-coach Matt Gill (illness) missed training this week but should be fit with Cole Stockton, fresh from a new contract, set to have a spring in his step.
Having come in on loan new signing Joe Widdowson should make an instant debut.
Jim Bentley brought in the Bury man as cover for Laurence Wilson (knee), who faces a spell on the sidelines.
Other than that the boss isn’t likely to change much.
