It’s been quite an eventfull few weeks for Morecambe in the transfer window.
Following a successful trial spell with the club goalkeeper Shaun Routledge has now singed a contract to be back-up to Barry Roche.
Meanwhile a contract has been offered to defender Nick Fenton and it’s now up to the former Rotherham man to decide if he’s going to sign or not.
Finally the search for a new striker could be nearing an end. It is belived we’ve been in talks with an unnamed player and he will now travel to Morecambe to have a look around the club and discuss personal terms.
