Morecambe have begun 2012 by handing new deals to two players.
Defender Chris McCready and winger Kevin Ellison have both signed new contracts at the club.
McCready has signed a deal until the summer of 2014 while Ellison has agreed a deal until the end of the 2012/13 season.
Both were out of contract in the summer and have done well while Ellison is currently the top scorer this season.
Jim Bentley told the clubs official website ‘Both players have been brilliant for us this season and I am delighted to see them agree new deals.’
‘It is a great start to 2012 for us and really helps in the forward planning that we are trying to do here.’
