Morecambe first year pro Gavin Clarke has returned from a sucsessful loan spell at Evo Stick Premier side Kendal Town and will go stright into Morecambe’s reserve team fixture agaist Carlisle United on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile another Morecambe player going out on loan to the non-leauge side is Chris Wraighte who has signed on loan intill 11th December.

Speaking to the Morecambe Official Website Shrimps boss Sammy McIlroy said Gavin has enjoyed his time up at Kendal and he has had to compete in a tough league. Chris will be faced with the same issues and it all goes toward building their football education.’

Kendal Town boss Chris Ashcroft said ‘ It is turning into a good relationship with our football league neigbours, their young players are gaining experience at a competative level, and contributing to my team, that can only be good for both parties’.
