Morecambe boss Jim Bentley has revealed that the search for a new striker is still on after missing out on a player who opted for a move to League One with Yeovil Town.
Bentley has revealed he held talks with released Everton forward Kieran Agard but couln’t tempt the striker with a move to the Globe Arena.
So the search continues although it looks like Danny Carlton is going to sign a new deal after returning for pre season training.
