Accrington Stanley are to play a home game at the Globe Arena.
On Saturday 16th July Morecambe are due to take on Blackburn Rovers XI at home as part of our pre season program. Accrington Stanley were expected to play the same fixture with a lunch time kick off although due to the fact that the Crown Ground pitch is not ready and with the fixture falling on the same date as our own, the Shrimps have stepped in and offered the Globe as a venue for the game.
This means that Morecambe will host two games V’s Premier League opposition on the same date.
Full details of kick off times and ticket prices will be released shortly once the full details are known.
